Nossa proposta para a extensão do Museu ANNO em Hamar estabelece uma nova linha de visão no local, emoldurando o lago Mjøsa desde a entrada de Domkirkeodden. A partir de pontes sobre paredes de pedra, a estrutura do edifício brinca com o equilíbrio e o vão através do empilhamento de vigas de madeira escura.

O edifício então cria duas novas rotas de circulação em todo o terreno, ao redor do volume do edifício e através dele. Em consonância com a natureza aberta do “museu ao ar livre”, o edifício media diferentes alturas do terreno e pode ser acessado a partir de de diferentes direções, dependendo de por onde os visitantes chegam.

Complementando o Storhamarlåven de Sverre Fehen, que é narrado e específico, nosso projeto oferece uma estrutura flexível e livre, que se abre para infinitas configurações de acordo com as necessidades dos curadores.

ANNO MUSEUM

The Ark

Our proposal for the extension of the ANNO Museum in Hamar, establishes a new sightline through the site, framing the Mjøsa lake from the entrance to Domkirkeodden. Bridging over stone walls, the structure of the building plays with balance and span through the stacking of dark glue-lam beams.

The building then creates two new circulation routes across the site, across the building volume and within. In line with the open nature of the “open air museum'' the building mediates between different heights of the site and can be accessed from different directions, depending on where the visitors arrive from.

Complementing Fehn’s Storhamarlåven, which is narrated and specific, our project offers a flexible, free structure, that opens itself to endless configurations according to the curators' needs.
